Formación

• Current state licensure as Registered Nurse (RN).
• Current CPR certification.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees medication distribution as stated on physician orders and ensures adherence to medication management documentation for resident safety.
• Develops personalized service plans tailored to individual care needs while promoting resident independence and dignity.
• Facilitates communication among physicians, healthcare providers, and family to coordinate physical, mental, and social well-being of residents.
• Contributes to quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives and engages in ongoing education and training.
