Brookstone Estates, Emerald Glen, & Grand Victorian in Olney, IL, seeks a dedicated CNA to deliver care per each resident’s plan, assist with ADLs, and promote independence with dignity.

You will report health changes to the clinical team, engage residents and families with compassion, and participate in ongoing training. This is a full-time position with opportunities for advancement. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Current CNA certification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Deliver exceptional, individualized care per each resident’s care plan.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living while promoting independence and dignity.
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team.
• Engage with residents and family members with compassion and empathy.
• Participate in ongoing education, seminars, and staff meetings.
• Maintain confidentiality and privacy of resident information.
