Job summary

Santa Rosa Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Pace, FL is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) for full-time, hourly positions. Walk-in interviews are available Monday–Friday from 10 AM–3 PM; stop by to speak with our team with no appointment needed.

Shifts include 7:00 AM–7:00 PM and 7:00 PM–7:00 AM, with responsibilities to assess, plan, and deliver nursing care for long-term and rehabilitative patients. Requires RN licensure and at least one year of med/surg experience.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of a basic education program in professional nursing.
• Minimum of one year medical/surgical nursing experience in an acute care or long-term care setting.
• Must possess a current RN license in state(s) of practice and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing care to patients/residents requiring long-term and rehabilitative care.
• Assesses, plans and evaluates nursing care delivered to patients/residents.
• Delivers nursing care following the patient/resident plan of care and evaluates response.
• Directs and supervises care provided by other nursing personnel.
• Maintains knowledge of documentation requirements and equipment use.
• Maintains confidentiality and compliance with patient rights and information.
