Responsibilities include taking vital signs, assisting with transfers, updating patient records, and ensuring a compassionate and safe patient experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 1 year acute or long-term care experience preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assist with activities of daily living.
• Obtain accurate vital signs and collect specimens as needed.
• Assist with patient transfers and ambulation.
• Document patient information in the chart promptly and accurately.
• Respond to patient requests and communicate findings to RNs and LPNs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and confidential patient environment.
