Holy Family Senior Living in Bethlehem, PA is seeking a compassionate RN to oversee resident care on your assigned unit, administer medications, and provide leadership to CNAs. You will work closely with residents, families, physicians, and the care team to deliver safe, person-centered care.

Licensure as a Registered Nurse in PA or a valid compact license is required; long-term care experience is preferred. The role offers full-time or part-time options with day shift coverage.

Competenze

• Current Registered Nurse license issued by the Pennsylvania Board of Nursing, or a valid multistate compact license.
• Graduate of an approved nursing education program.
• Long-term care experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Provide clinical oversight for your assigned unit and coordinate staff assignments based on residents' care needs
• Administer and accurately document prescribed medications, treatments, wound care, and other nursing services
• Assess residents, recognize changes in condition, initiate appropriate interventions, and notify physicians and responsible parties as needed
• Supervise, coach, and support CNAs while promoting quality care, resident safety, excellent service, and compliance with care plans
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation, including nursing notes, assessments, incident reports, and change-of-shift reports
• Collaborate with physicians, pharmacies, families, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care and support positive resident outcomes
