Job summary

The Legacy Living and Rehabilitation Center in Gillette, Wyoming, part of Campbell County Health, provides long-term care and short-term rehabilitation with a focus on dignified care and purposeful living.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Wyoming RN license.
• Experience in a long-term care facility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate resident care with other departments.
• Communicate changes in resident’s condition with staff, physicians, residents, and families.
• Complete medical documents, reports, evaluations, charting and related duties.
• Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as required.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
