ABL Health Care LLC is seeking a compassionate, organized Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time Home Health services in San Mateo. You will evaluate patients, create care plans, and work with the interdisciplinary team in the field and remotely as needed.

Qualifications

• California RN license required.
• Experience in Home Health or Hospice care.
• Valid CA Driver's license and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care per individualized care plan with Interdisciplinary Team.
• Administer treatments, monitor conditions, and report changes to the Physician or Director of Nursing.
• Maintain accurate clinical records using a company-provided device.
• Supervise LVNs when assigned.
• Comply with all company policies to ensure high standards of care.
