FMOL Health is seeking a Registered Nurse in Lafayette, LA to provide safe, holistic patient care across the care continuum. You will integrate knowledge, education, and experience to meet patient and family needs, with emphasis on education, evidenced-based practice, and collaboration with the healthcare team.

The role requires a current Louisiana RN license and BLS certification, strong communication skills, and the ability to work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current Louisiana RN license and BLS certification.
• Proficient in English; strong verbal and written communication; proficient with computer systems.

Mansioni

• Provide safe therapeutic care in a holistic, systematic manner.
• Perform psychosocial/physiologic assessments and education for patients and families.
• Develop and adjust plans of care based on patient trends and needs; plan for discharge.
• Collaborate with the health care team and coordinate care with patients and families.
• Document all patient care activities per standards; support care coordination.
• Demonstrate quality improvement awareness and participate in unit initiatives.
