Job summary

LionStone Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Madeira Care Center. This full-time role involves providing direct patient care and ensuring residents' well-being under the supervision of RNs.

The ideal candidate will have completed an accredited LPN program and possess a strong dedication to compassionate care. We offer a competitive salary range of $27.00 - $35.00 hourly and various benefits to promote employee wellness.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited LPN or LVN program.
• Current and active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic nursing care including administering medications.
• Monitor residents' vital signs and report abnormalities.
• Maintain accurate records of medication administration.
• Work closely with RNs and physicians for patient care.
