Qualifications
- Nursing degree from an accredited nursing school.
- L&D: Advanced Fetal Monitoring or obtain within six months of hire.
- Two years of current Level III NICU experience including neonatal ventilator.
- Arizona RN license; CPR. ACLS as applicable by department.
- ACLS/PALS/ENPC requirements depending on unit orientation.
- Wound/Ostomy certification or training.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional nursing care within an assigned unit.
- Coordinate care planning with other disciplines.
- Supervise by assessing, planning, delegating and directing other healthcare staff.
- Evaluate nursing practice quality and patient goals.
- Participate in hourly rounding and adhere to safety guidelines.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the hospital.
