Job summary

Ebenezer is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for our Skilled Nursing Community in Wyoming, Minnesota. This Meadows on Fairview TCU nursing role performs a variety of professional nursing duties in compliance with the Comprehensive Home Care regulations and follows established policies and procedures.

Scheduling: Casual/on call; Day, evening, overnight. Must work a minimum of three shifts per month, which includes two weekend shifts per month and one holiday per year.

Qualifications

• Vocational/Technical Training or Associate Degree – Registered Nurse.
• Current MN RN license.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers; certification within three weeks of hire.

Responsibilities

• Monitors personal cares to ensure alignment with each resident's plan of care.
• Administers medications and performs treatments per physician orders and facility policies.
• Provides data relevant to the development of the plan of care.
• RN – assesses and revises plan of care as necessary.
• Provides reports and documentation related to incidents, change of status and cares provided.
