Qualifications

• Must hold current state RN licensure in good standing
• Strong organization and assessment planning skills
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement plan of care based on assessment and diagnosis tailored to meet each resident's needs
• Administer medications accurately and safely
• Educate residents, families and caregivers about care plans and health conditions
