Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to Sisters in the retirement residence
• Administer medications and treatments
• Monitor health status and vital signs
• Coordinate care with Healthcare Coordinator and staff
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed
• Follow infection prevention practices
• Maintain accurate medical documentation
• Coordinate hospital transfers when necessary
