Citadel Healthcare in Wilmette, IL is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated team. You will be responsible for assessing, implementing, and evaluating the plan of care for residents, ensuring high-quality nursing care under physician orders and regulatory standards.

The role requires strong communication, infection control adherence, and the ability to multi-task in a busy long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree or diploma from an accredited institution.
• Current IL Registered Nurse license.
• Excellent communication and patient service orientation.
• Ability to follow physician orders and comply with regulations.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide licensed care to residents as ordered by physicians and in accordance with standards.
• Maintain clean and sanitary care areas and equipment.
• Record vital signs and provide IV and respiratory care within license limits.
• Document care accurately and communicate with families and staff as required.
• Support infection control and safety compliance and participate in care planning.
