Job summary

Citadel Healthcare in Bourbonnais is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care, including assessment and treatment of residents.

You will ensure all nursing protocols are followed and aid in delivering personalized care to enhance the well-being of residents. This position requires excellent communication skills, a nursing degree, and a valid RN license.

Responsibilities

• Provide licensed care to assigned residents as ordered.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work area.
• Monitor and record residents' vital signs.
• Chart nurses notes accurately reflecting care provided.
• Address potential safety risks immediately.
• Direct non-licensed ancillary services as needed.
• Communicate necessary information to residents and staff.
• Ensure compliance with infection control standards.
• Follow company policies regarding HIPAA compliance.
