Job summary

Encore Village is seeking a Registered Nurse PRN in assisted living to provide and supervise direct resident care with compassion and professionalism. You will administer medications, monitor residents, and coordinate with the medical team to ensure quality care and compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• Current State of Illinois RN or LPN Licensure.
• Current CPR card.
• Graduate of accredited Registered Nursing program.
• One-year experience of long-term care nursing, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform and supervise day-to-day nursing activities in the provision of direct resident care.
• Administer medications according to facility policy and monitor residents for effects.
• Triage emergency situations and provide timely first aid.
• Collaborate with physicians for visits, orders, and progress notes.
