Job summary

The Brentwood Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Massachusetts is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time and PRN shifts. Shifts: 7 am–3 pm (full-time) and 7 am–3 pm / 3 pm–11 pm / 11 pm–7 am (PRN). Compensation is $40–$55 per hour, all inclusive, with up to $3.50 shift differential.

Daily pay is available. As an RN, you’ll deliver skilled clinical care, monitor resident conditions, and follow individualized care plans.

Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts RN license (unencumbered).
• Valid BLS CPR certification required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care per standards, physician plan, and care plans.
• Follow and implement care plans created by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments per the plan of care.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes promptly.
• Maintain accurate documentation per physician orders and policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated care.
• Ensure infection control and nursing safety compliance.
