Job summary

Briarwood Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Needham, MA is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time and PRN roles. This all-inclusive, on-site position offers $36-$51 per hour and Daily Pay to eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Active MA RN license required.
• BLS certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care per physician plan and written care plan.
• Follow care plans developed by Nurse Manager.
• Administer medications and treatments per POC.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes promptly.
• Document accurately per physician orders and policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for high-quality care.
• Adhere to infection control and nursing regulations.
