Job summary

Blueberry Hill Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Massachusetts is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for PRN shifts. Responsibilities include delivering skilled clinical care, monitoring residents, administering medications, and updating care plans.

We value compassion, respect, and excellence; shifts run 7 am–3 pm, 3 pm–11 pm, and 11 pm–7 am, with daily pay. MA RN license and BLS required.

Qualifications

• Active MA RN license required.
• BLS CPR certification required.
• Ability to manage multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled clinical nursing care per physician's plan and care plans.
• Follow care plans developed by Nurse Manager and medical directives.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents and promptly report changes to clinical team.
• Maintain accurate documentation per facility policies and regulatory standards.
