Job summary

Kingman Regional Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide patient-centered care on the Nursing unit under physician oversight and the Arizona Nurse Practice Act. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care while collaborating with the care team to ensure safety and quality outcomes.

Essential qualifications include an RN license in Arizona (or compact state), an associate degree or diploma in nursing, and current BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing or graduate of a Nursing Diploma program.
• Current, valid Arizona RN license or compact state RN license.
• Current BLS certification from AHA or Red Cross.
• Basic EKG competency within 3 months of hire.
• PALS certification within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care using the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs.
• Coordinate with physicians, unit leadership, and care teams to ensure quality of care.
• Perform evidence-based nursing actions to prevent hospital-acquired conditions and readmissions.
