Care Initiatives Hospice is seeking a dedicated Hospice Nurse (RN) for a 7 days on / 7 days off schedule. You will respond to calls from 4:30 P.M. to 8:00 A.M., including weekends, and conduct scheduled visits as needed.

You’ll support patients and families, provide med administration, and offer education to ensure comfort and dignity at the end of life. Ideal candidates hold an RN license with at least two years of clinical experience, CPR certification, and a compassionate, patient-centered

Qualifications

• RN with at least two years of clinical nursing experience.
• Current CPR certification and ability to provide end-of-life care education.

Responsabilités

• Provide compassionate hospice care to patients in home, facility, or hospital settings.
• Respond to emergent needs during evenings, overnights, and weekends.
• Educate patients and families, manage pain and comfort measures with dignity and respect.
