Job summary

Atrium Health is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join High Point Medical Center. You will provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process to ensure safety and quality outcomes.

In this role, you will apply evidence-based practice, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and advocate for patients across the continuum. BLS certification and an RN license in the practice state are required, with less than one year of RN experience welcomed.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• RN license issued by the state of practice.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification (American Heart Association).
• Less than 1 year of RN experience.

Responsibilities

• As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
