Stanford Health Care Tri-Valley in Pleasanton, CA is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct patient care in accordance with the California Nursing Practice Act and hospital standards.

You will assess patients, develop and implement care plans, monitor progress, coordinate with other providers, and educate patients and families to promote recovery and prevent complications, while upholding C-I-CARE values.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required.
• 1-2 years acute care RN experience required.
• BLS certification required.
• State RN license in good standing (CA) or Compact license.

Responsabilités

• Assess patients by collecting and documenting data through interviews, history, and physical findings.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Monitor patient status and adjust care as needed for stability.
• Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary team.
