Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• ADN required upon hire; BSN preferred.
• RN license in state of practice; CPR/BLS within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Anesthesia Assessment Calls and nursing process use.
• Administers prescribed medications and treatments.
• Documents per standards of care and state law.
• Develops and executes patient care plans per physician guidance.
• Participates in unit performance improvement and peer review.
