Collect and document patient health status and medical history, completing or reviewing the Admission Data Record as per policy. Perform ongoing assessment of patient status and respond appropriately, maintaining accurate documentation. Perform delegated independent nursing functions in accordance with established procedures, policies, and standards as observed by the supervising RN. Requirements
