Portsmouth Regional Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) in Behavioral Health to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. You will collaborate with medical providers and a multidisciplinary team to support recovery and patient outcomes, following established nursing models.

The role requires NH RN licensure, an Associate Degree of Nursing, and at least 6 months of RN experience, with CLS and crisis intervention credentials within specified timeframes.

Qualifications

• NH RN license required.
• Associate Degree of Nursing required.
• 6 months of RN experience required.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support within 30 days of start date.
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention within 90 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Assesses patient condition during admission and each shift; reports changes.
• Performs procedures and documents care in the medical record.
• Responds promptly to patient requests and anticipates needs.
• Coordinates and evaluates the care plan with the multidisciplinary team.
• Interfaces with providers and community services to coordinate ongoing care.
