Job summary

Qualifications

• Current State license as a Registered Nurse.
• Current CPR training.
• Ohio licensure requires twenty-four contact hours of continuing education during licensure period; at least 1 hour related to Ohio nurse practice code.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care plan with patient, families and health care team.
• Assess and formulate nursing diagnoses; plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Collaborate with nurses and support staff to achieve patient care goals; improve patient care and staff satisfaction.
