Medical Associates of Northwest Arkansas (MANA) in Fayetteville, AR is seeking a Registered Medical Assistant to assist physicians, manage clerical and charting duties, and support pharmacy communications and patient triage. The role emphasizes accuracy in EMR entries, timely documentation, and coordination of care within a physician-owned practice.

Candidates should have a High school diploma or GED, 12–18 months of related experience, and RMA certification.

Responsabilidades

• Assist physician in setting up for procedures and exams, revising daily schedules; obtaining charts and charge tickets, locating lab tests and X-ray reports.
• Ensure that patient chart/EMR entries are made accurately and in a timely manner.
• Contact pharmacy to order new and refill prescriptions; notify patient; document appropriately.
• Notify hospital or personnel of physician's orders.
• Triage patients to ensure productive departmental flow.
