Charter Senior Living in Williamsburg, VA is seeking Virginia State–certified Registered Medication Aides (RMA) to join our caring team in our senior living community. You will safely administer medications, monitor residents’ conditions, and support daily living activities while upholding Virginia Board of Nursing regulations and Charter’s mission to enhance the human spirit.

Qualifications

• Current Virginia State Registered Medication Aide (RMA) certification.
• Experience in assisted living, senior living, or long-term care preferred.
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to resident well-being.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Safely preparing, administering, and documenting medications in accordance with Virginia Board of Nursing regulations.
• Monitoring residents for changes in condition and reporting to the Health & Wellness Director or nurse on duty.
• Assisting residents with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and mobility when needed.
• Building strong, caring relationships with residents and families.
• Promoting a positive, supportive environment that aligns with Charter’s mission and values.
