Job summary

ViziRecruiter,LLC. seeks a Restorative Aide to support residents with activities of daily living and therapeutic exercises. You will help maintain independence, assist with mobility, and document care provided in collaboration with the therapy department.

The role emphasizes compassion, teamwork, and a service-minded approach to ensure high-quality resident care and safety in daily operations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, transfers, and personal hygiene.
• Maintains and restores residents to their highest functional level through exercise and range of motion activities.
• Complete documentation of care given.
• Refer to and follow resident care plan form.
• Report abnormal findings, injuries, skin issues, complaints, suspected abuse/neglect/misappropriation, and unsafe conditions.
• Attend required in-service education.
• Keep resident rooms and work areas neat and clean.
• Follows appropriate Infection Control and Safety Practices.
• Communicates effectively with residents, staff and visitors.
