Job summary

Inland Respite, Inc. is looking for compassionate individuals to join our team as Respite Care Providers. You will support families by caring for children, teens, and adults with developmental disabilities in their homes, helping with daily activities and creating safe, engaging routines.

This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, mileage reimbursement, and the opportunity to choose clients. You will build trust with families and make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License or State ID required.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification (Infants, Children, Adults).
• Clear background check upon hire.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English; bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and provide companionship to individuals with disabilities.
• Assist with daily activities (feeding, dressing, toileting) and routines.
• Engage clients with age-appropriate activities and build positive relationships with families.
