Job summary

PAM Health Specialty Hospital of Heritage Valley is seeking a Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) to join our inpatient team and care for diverse patient populations. The role involves routine therapy, diagnostics, and emergency cardiopulmonary procedures, with emphasis on equipment maintenance and basic phlebotomy.

The ideal candidate will be licensed in the state, hold current BLS and ACLS certifications, and have at least one year of clinical respiratory experience.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed or certified in the state where the hospital resides.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Blood gas licensure required if employed in Nevada.
• High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree is preferred.
• Minimum of one year of clinical respiratory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine therapy, diagnostic and emergency cardiopulmonary procedures.
• Maintain and operate respiratory care equipment.
• Provide phlebotomy and basic laboratory testing as required.
• Requires weekend and holiday coverage.
