Job summary

PAM Health is seeking a Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) to join our inpatient team and care for diverse patient populations. The ideal candidate will have hospital experience or a commitment to learn, with responsibilities including routine therapy, diagnostics, and emergency cardiopulmonary procedures across PAM Health hospitals.

Qualifications

• Must be certified or licensed to practice respiratory care in the state of residence.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
• Blood gas licensure required if employed in Nevada.
• High school diploma with associate degree preferred for certain hospitals.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine therapy, diagnostic and emergency cardiopulmonary procedures for patients in PAM Health hospitals.
• Maintains all respiratory care equipment in working order.
• Provides phlebotomy and basic laboratory testing as required.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education

Respiratory care license or certification

BLS Certification

ACLS Certification

Blood gas licensure (NV)

Associate degree or higher preferred
