Job summary

REM Community Services, a part of Sevita, is seeking a caregiver to support individuals with developmental needs in a community setting. This part-time role offers flexible weekend and weekday shifts, with competitive pay and benefits for full-time staff.

You’ll help participants with daily activities, hygiene, and participation in community activities. Ideal candidates have at least six months of experience in human services, strong communication, patience, and reliability.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
• Excellent communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, and time-management skills
• Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible
• Vehicle: Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
