Job summary

REM Community Services, part of the Sevita family, is seeking a caregiver to support individuals with developmental disabilities in community-based programs. You will help them grow, learn, and live well with compassionate care.

This part-time role includes Saturdays and Sundays, 8am–10pm, at a pay of $16/hr. Join a mission-driven team that values relationships, ownership, and meaningful work.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Reliable, compassionate and patient with individuals who have developmental needs.
• Good communication and teamwork to support participants.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Support participants with behavioral challenges and complex needs.
• Encourage participation in community activities and personal goals.
• Build meaningful relationships and promote independence for participants.
