Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Strong communication, adaptability, teamwork and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal hygiene and support individuals with behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
• Help participants stay engaged in community activities and daily living.
