Job summary

Rocky Mountain Care in Utah seeks a Transportation Driver to provide reliable resident transportation to appointments, focusing on safety and compassion. You will operate a large van, assist residents into wheelchairs, and coordinate with the in-office team to ensure timely service.

Qualified candidates should be 18+, hold a valid driver’s license, maintain a good driving record, and be able to lift 50 pounds. CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain is required.

Qualifications

• Required Qualifications: 18+ years of age.
• Valid state driver’s license.
• Maintain acceptable driving record.
• Able to lift 50 pounds.
• CPR and First Aid Certified (or willing to attain upon hire).

Responsibilities

• Transport residents to appointments safely and promptly.
• Drive a large van in a courteous, reliable manner.
• Assist residents into wheelchairs or stretchers and in/out of the van.
• Perform daily vehicle cleaning and maintenance; conduct safety checks.
• Coordinate schedules with the in-office Transportation team and handle paperwork.
