Job summary

DDM is a Christian Ministry seeking compassionate individuals to join our team in Rome, GA. This part-time position offers a 9pm-9am shift every other Friday and Saturday with a pay rate of $14.

You will support residents with daily living skills, follow ISP plans, document health records, supervise medications, accompany medical appointments, prepare meals, manage petty cash, and maintain a safe, respectful environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar caregiving role is preferred.
• Willing and available to work nights and weekends as required.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Able to pass a criminal background check if hired.
• Able to provide documentation proving permission to work in the United States (US citizen, permanent resident, or eligible).

Responsibilities

• Support residents in daily living skills according to ISP and skill levels.
• Observe all agency and state policies; attend staff trainings.
• Document health records using electronic documentation; maintain confidentiality.
• Supervise residents with medication administration as prescribed.
• Schedule transportation and accompany residents to medical appointments; act as resident advocate.
• Prepare meals according to menus; maintain safety and storage of food.
• Maintain resident records and report significant events to supervisors.
• Support residents with activities and community integration; maintain a respectful environment.
