Job summary

Walnut Creek Care Community seeks a Hospitality Aide to provide non-clinical support to residents in a caring, resident-centered environment. You will assist with daily activities, meals, and personal care, while helping maintain a clean, comfortable living space and a friendly atmosphere.

In collaboration with nursing and care staff, you will respond to calls, support activities and social engagement, and help residents feel respected, dignified, and well-cared-for.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.
• Experience in healthcare, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and engage with residents through conversation and activities.
• Assist residents with non-clinical tasks such as making beds, tidying rooms, and delivering linens.
• Serve meals and assist during mealtime to ensure comfort and dignity.
• Respond promptly to resident calls for assistance and notify nursing staff as needed.
• Maintain clean and safe resident rooms and common areas; distribute linens and supplies.
