Responsibilities

• Bed-making, passing water and ice, answering call lights, gathering supplies.
• Prepare, deliver, and clean up meals following dietary guidelines and safety standards.
• Encourage residents to participate in activities and social programs.
• Keep resident rooms and common areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Assist with resident laundry services as needed.
• Follow safety, compliance, and care procedures as required.
• Identify and report safety concerns or issues to management or nursing staff.
• Perform additional non-clinical duties to support daily facility operations.
