Qualifications

• Experience in non-clinical support and resident care assistance.

Responsibilities

• Support Nursing Services (Non-Clinical): assist with bed-making, passing water and ice, answer call lights, gather supplies.
• Assist with Meals: prepare, deliver, and clean up meals following dietary guidelines and safety standards.
• Encourage Participation: promote resident engagement in activities and social programs.
• Maintain Cleanliness: keep resident rooms and common areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Provide Laundry Assistance: help with resident laundry services as needed.
• Follow Safety & Compliance Standards: comply with patient rights, responsibilities, and safety policies.
• Observe and Report: promptly identify and report safety concerns to management or nursing.
• Assist as Needed: perform additional non-clinical duties to support daily facility operations.
