Creative Solutions in Healthcare is hiring a Hospitality Aide to provide compassionate support and enhance resident comfort in a full-time capacity. You will assist with non-clinical tasks, meal services, and daily operations to maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.

The role requires reliability, clear communication, and a patient‑focused approach, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting and work well both independently and with a team.

Responsibilities

• Support Nursing Services (Non-Clinical): Assist the nursing department with non-nursing tasks, including bed-making, passing water and ice, answering call lights, and gathering supplies.
• Assist with Meals: Prepare, deliver, and clean up meals following dietary guidelines and safety standards.
• Encourage Participation: Support a positive living environment by encouraging residents to engage in activities and social programs.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Keep resident rooms and common areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Provide Laundry Assistance: Assist with resident laundry services as needed.
• Follow Safety & Compliance Standards: Comply with the Patient Bill of Rights, Employee Responsibilities, and all company and departmental safety policies and procedures.
• Observe and Report: Identify and promptly report concerns, safety issues, or conditions requiring management or nursing attention.
• Assist As Needed: Perform additional non-clinical duties to support daily facility operations.
