Job summary

Qualifications

• 6 months experience as a caregiver.

• Be in good general health and emotionally stable.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine nursing care per facility policies and procedures.
• Make resident rounds at shift start and every two hours to administer care.
• Verify resident identity before care or meals and report discrepancies.
• Assist with meals, dressing, mobility and daily activities.
• Report complaints, abuse, hazards or incidents to Charge Nurse.
