Arbor Terrace Delray in Delray Beach, FL is hiring Caregivers/Resident Assistants for all shifts including full-time, part-time, and PRN roles. No certification required, 6 months of direct care experience preferred, memory care a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• At least 6 months of experience as a caregiver or related role.
• Certification is not required.
• Memory care experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Building relationships with residents while providing compassionate, person-centered care.
• Encouraging social engagement and participation in activities.
• Helping create a safe, welcoming, and comfortable environment.
• Working closely with nurses and fellow team members to deliver exceptional care.
