Fields of Florence is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to support residents in daily living activities and dining services. You will assist with ADLs, light housekeeping, laundry, and encourage independence, while maintaining a dignified, caring atmosphere and HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with activities of daily living (ADLs) and housekeeping is helpful.
• HIPAA regulations knowledge and compliance is expected.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene.
• Serve meals and assist in dining room during breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
• Provide light housekeeping and laundry to maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and associates with empathy and respect.
• Observe changes in health and emotional wellbeing and report to supervisor daily.
