• Assist residents with lifts, moves, and transports using proper body mechanics.
• Respond to inquiries from residents, visitors, and staff promptly and courteously.
• Know and follow each resident's care plan and aid in care planning with staff.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, peers, and supervisors to promote a homelike environment.
• Maintain residents' rights and report any abuse or policy violations promptly.
• Adhere to safety and infection control procedures, including hand washing and proper disposal of materials.
• Arrive on time for scheduled shifts and perform other duties as required.
