Job summary

Benedictine Living is seeking a compassionate Resident Assistant to join our team in the upper Midwest. You will provide daily living assistance to residents, support activities, and help maintain a caring environment with emphasis on dignity and connection.

In this role you will observe and document residents' needs, assist with onboarding of new Associates, and collaborate with a compassionate, mission-driven team to deliver high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Must complete and maintain medication administration training and competencies.
• Must be 18+ to operate lift equipment per statute.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks independently.
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with daily living activities and maintain their personal environment.
• Provide observation and documentation.
