Job summary

Aura Health is seeking dedicated Resident Care Associates to provide high-quality care in assisted living and memory care settings. You will support residents with daily activities, assist with meals, and monitor wellbeing in a compassionate, compliant environment.

Responsibilities include updating care plans, attending family meetings, ensuring safety and cleanliness, and responding to alarms and call bells to maintain a comfortable living experience for residents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred; relevant experience in elder or disabled care preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Knowledge of assisted living, dementia care, or skilled nursing is a plus.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and peak service times.

Responsibilities

• Developing and updating Personalized Service Plans, attending review meetings with families.
• Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), ensuring comfort, cleanliness, and appropriate clothing.
• Monitoring residents' health, hydration, and nutritional needs, including meal supervision and room service as needed.
• Maintaining a safe, clean environment by checking rooms, common areas, and laundry facilities.
• Responding promptly to security systems and resident call bells, taking appropriate actions.
• Following all sanitary procedures, universal precautions, and resident rights.
