Job summary

Stellar Senior Living in Scottsdale, AZ seeks a compassionate caregiver to provide daily living assistance to residents per Individual Service Plans. Duties include personal care, medication support, and careful observation of health changes.

Responsibilities include timely reporting, adherence to HIPAA, and participation in wellness activities. A valid CPR/First Aid certification or completion within 30 days is required, with preference for state caregiver certification where available.

Qualifications

• Minimum: 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED or 3 months related experience or equivalent.
• CPR and First Aid certification or obtained within 30 days if required by state.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting) per ISP.
• Observe resident condition and report changes promptly to supervisor.
• Record omissions of services/medications per policy.
• Record vital signs and intake/output as directed.
• Support participation in safety, rehab and wellness programs.
