Job summary

Qualifications

• High School or GED or equivalent is required.
• CNA licensure by state licensing board within 120 days or Medication Aide licensure by state licensing board within 120 days.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities including meals, medications, bathing, housekeeping and laundry.
• Administer medications according to policy and procedure (if Med Aide trained).
• Record vital signs and chart clinical data accurately.
• Respond to call lights and anticipate resident needs during rounds.
• Prepare rooms for admission, transfer, and discharge; maintain cleanliness and safety.
